The Wells Fargo Championship has a commercial drop-off and pick-up lot for patrons attending the tournament. Access to the designated lot will be made available to individuals taking Uber, taxis or limos to and from the tournament. The lot is conveniently located on Gleneagles Road and is within walking distance to the main entrance of Quail Hollow Club.

Patrons can arrange their own commercial for hire vehicle for drop-off and pick up during the Championship. These vehicles will be able to deliver and pick-up their clients on Gleneagles Road with close access and patrons can enter the tournament through the convenient pedestrian gate nearby. Personal vehicles will not be allowed access to Gleneagles Road.

Uber is the choice provider for on-demand ride sharing to and from the tournament. Throughout the tournament week, Uber users can get picked up and dropped off easily at the Uber/Taxi/Limo lot outside the tournament grounds.

First time Uber users can download the app from the app store and enter promo code WFCGOLF16 for a free first ride (up to $20). New users can also signup online at www.uber.com/go/wfcgolf16 Existing users can get $20 off by signing up someone who hasn't tried Uber before.

The tournament will not provide services to arrange for transportation via this new option for patrons. All patrons must make their own personal arrangements and be responsible for both their arrival and departure schedules.

Patrons utilizing the Uber/Taxi/Limo transportation option this year are reminded they must have their ticket in hand prior to arrival at Quail Hollow Club. There are no on-site tickets available.

Authorized Tournament Lots – Parking and Shuttle

A complimentary uptown Charlotte shuttle service will run Monday through Sunday, 5:30am to 9:00pm, from the Charlotte Convention Center, Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. (formerly Second Street) entrance. Event parking will be available in surrounding lots.

Note: Uptown parking lots are not tournament authorized. The tournament does not control the pricing or availability of uptown parking. All patrons will be searched for prohibited items.

Ticketed patrons can utilize the CATS LYNX Blue Line Monday, May 2 through Friday, May 6 to catch Tournament shuttles.

Due to construction work on the CATS LYNX Blue Line, train service will be suspended on Saturday, May 7th and Sunday, May 8th but CATS LYNX Connector bus service will be operating. Bus Service will drop patrons at South Blvd. bus stop, located in front of Sharon Road West Station, so patrons will need to walk across Cat Walk to access Tournament shuttles.

Tournament shuttles will only be available from the Sharon Road West Light Rail Station.

All patrons must present a Tournament ticket and a valid LYNX Blue Line or Connector ticket to access Tournament shuttles.

Drop-off for Tournament provided shuttle will be at the Main Tournament entrance.

Shuttles will be available from 5:30am to 9:00pm daily.

From I-77: I-77 to I-485 Eastbound. Exit off of I-485 onto Johnston Road (Exit 61) going South. Ballantyne Corporate Park is on your right at the first stop light. Please follow the signs to designated parking areas.

Barclay Downs

Open Saturday and Sunday only, 5:30am to 9:00pm.

From I-77: Take Tyvola Road (Exit 5). Turn right onto Tyvola Road if coming from I-77N or left if coming from I-77S (Tyvola becomes Fairview Road). Turn left onto Barclay Downs Drive and follow the signs to reserved designated parking areas.

From I-85N: Take Billy Graham Parkway (Exit 33). Turn right at top of ramp, go 2 miles and take the Coliseum Area/Tyvola Road exit (Tyvola becomes Fairview Road). Turn left onto Barclay Downs Drive and follow the signs to reserved designated parking areas.

From I-85S: Take Exit 38 to I-77S. Follow I-77 directions.

Handicapped parking is located at Forest Hill Church, 7224 Park Road, on Monday through Friday only and Quail Hollow Middle School on Saturday and Sunday only. Dedicated wheelchair-accessible buses will shuttle disabled persons and their guests to the tournament.

The Wells Fargo Championship is a bicycle friendly tournament. Be more environmentally friendly and avoid riding the shuttles-ride your bicycle to the event! Bike racks will be provided in the gravel parking lot across from the main entrance of the club. There is a separate pedestrian entrance for patrons who ride their bikes or walk to the tournament. Please note the tournament is not liable for any stolen or damaged items.
