Patron Communication

For your convenience, call centers will be available at the Driving Range, 9th green,  and 16th tee  to make outgoing calls. You can use your cell phones or phones provided in the call center.

A Patron Message Board will be available at the 1st Tee Information Center, which allows guests to leave messages for other guests in attendance. This is a great alternative to stay in touch with friends and family.

 


Merchandise Check Stand

A Merchandise Check Stand, located inside the main merchandise tent at the Driving Range, is available for patrons to purchase merchandise and leave their items in a safe location while enjoying the tournament.

 


Will Call

Proper photo ID is required to pick up tickets. Will Call can be found at the following locations:

Symphony Park – Central Will Call Location
Located in the parking lot of Symphony Park (the Dick's Sporting Goods parking lot at the intersection of Carnegie Blvd. and Barclay Downs Drive).
Open Monday, May 2 through Sunday, May 8 from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
Park and Ride Only available Saturday and Sunday

Plaza Fiesta Carolina's/Carowinds – Satellite Will Call Location
Open Monday, May 2 through Friday, May 6  from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
Park and Ride Only available Monday-Friday
Directions- upon arrival please follow tournament signage for parking


Ballantyne Corporate Park – Satellite Will Call Location
Open Saturday, May 7 through Sunday, May 8 from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
Park and Ride Only available Saturday and Sunday

Patrons with Young Children

Children 12 and under can watch the players warm up or practice in a designated fenced in area. Our Safe-Tee Kid Program will ensure your child is safely returned to you if you are separated.

Disabled Patrons

Ambassadors will assist disabled patrons with shuttle and course access, reserved seating, and/or corporate hospitality venues. Handicapped Access Restrooms and First Aid Tents are conveniently located throughout the course.

Lost & Found

Lost & Found will be located at the main Information Services tent near the main shuttle drop-off/pick-up.

Lost & Found items may be picked up prior to 6:00pm ET on the day they are lost. All items not picked up prior to 6:00pm on the day they are lost will be taken to the Will Call location at Symphony Park.
